Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@uniquettcustom.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Digital products or downloadable content
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@uniquettcustom.world with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
International Returns
International returns are accepted subject to the same conditions. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return.
